When you add a card to your EcoChores account, it’s securely stored with our trusted payment partner, Stripe.
By adding your card, you agree to have it charged for any bookings you make.
2. Booking and Payment 🧹
When you create a booking and click "Pay", your card is charged immediately for the total fee shown during the booking process.
This confirms your booking and allows us to assign a cleaner to your request.
3. Payment Review 🔍
After payment is processed, the transaction is reviewed for security.
In rare cases, payments may be flagged based on the risk score of the card.
If flagged, the booking may be cancelled after payment, and you’ll be notified promptly.
If a flagged payment is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund.
4. No Hidden Fees 💰
The total fee for your cleaning service is clearly displayed during booking.
There are no hidden charges—what you see is what you pay.
