Find the booking you wish to cancel.
Click on the small arrow at the bottom of the booking card. ⬇️
Select ‘Cancel’ to initiate the cancellation process. ❌
Please note our refund policy upon cancellation:
100% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning service.
50% refund if you cancel between 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning service.
No refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning service.
Service charges are non-refundable.
